I received my cargo box a few weeks ago. It was just what I expected after reading other reviews. However, the front main hinge was damaged when I received it and I can not find any Thule contact phone #. I registered the product online with Thule and explained the situation, but they have yet to contact me about it to replace the broken part. I'm a little frustrated now because they don't have a phone # to call them and they don't respond to emails on their own website. If you're lucky enough to get the product unharmed then it would be great, but good luck getting any issues resolved from the company.

If you plan out how you pack, it will surprise you how much stuff you can fit. I can fit 4 folding chairs, 1 8 person tent, two tarps, two air mattresses, and a 7.5 gallon water jug. Got it mounted to a Ford Focus Wagon.

I have been very pleased with his product. The directions suggest having two people to assemble it, but I was able to do it myself (even at 7 months pregnant!) with a little creativity. It was very easy to install on top of the car too, which again I was able to do myself. It adds ample storage space for long trips, or if you just want to go golfing and need room for the golf bag. Perfect for families with kids and/or pets who need all the space they can get from the car.
