Pros & Cons :but i found out that i can step on my car sidestep after opening the passenger door and still reach the top and also be a few inches higher than what the thule would have provided (although by stepping there i am a few inches away from where the thule would have put me on top of (right above the back tire compared to a few inches forward so i had to reach a little).
